Last Sunday I bought a Roman army in 15mm. Its a Middle Imperial one and I will base them for DBA. The army should be historical correct around 200 BC errr... I mean AD. The shield design is from Veni Vidi Vici.
Here is my first legionary:
Looking very good Der Taunussteiner. The only 15mm I do now are WW2. I havent touched my 15mm ancient armies for quite a while now. Keep going as they will look great when based.
Thanks for your comment, thank god you did not sell your 15 on ebay !!!! Don't only touch them paint them, it is a joy to paint a other scale. :) Let me see yours.
PS: the first photo of your last update - the left guy is that a piece of a bush on his base ?
As to the piece of bush, ----- I dont know, I found it on the ground in the kids room. It might have come from one the their toys, I'm still looking. Its not real, its some type of synthetic material I believe.
