Get out of the streets

Yesterday, all my troubles.. eeer-Yesterday I found some quite good on the architekts of war site and bilded up some street. Origionally for DBA they are quite big so I#m goingt to usethem for FoA and WAB. I'm goint to make some wood, smaller streets and a river today.

I painted these miniatures a while ago its the first quarter of my neo soviet ''army''.
The miniatures are converted WW2 russians from BTD which I get on a ebay for little money the weapons(AK74 and AT4) are from TAG, the shotgun from the Near Future Foundry range.

Soviet WIP

 

I buyed some WWII russians on ebay some weeks ago and Weapons from TAG came last week, so I am able to show your my first neo-soviet in WIP. I gave him a modern shotgun instead the Ppsh and a AT-4.

I used some new Andrea colors and found the modell just fine now. It is not painted at the highest standard but should work quite well for lovely games.

The modell is from BTD ,well detailed and fun to paint. They Soviets will be used for FoA, too.

I recently finished the RAFMiniatures (A really matching name for a producer of terrorists). I liked the multi parts because you can build a lot f different poses with just one pack. I tried some different techniques to paint black, in my opinion the best and a simplest is to paint them in dark grey and simply wash them. So they look black not grey and flat. The photo is not optimal and I will upload a better later.

The miniatures bases are M8 zinc plated 2,5 cm in diameter. I recently bought a pack of a hundred.

Orange Task Force squad Leader

I made a new photo of my Orange Task Force squad leader to show him in the right light.  He is armed with a HKMP5 or HKMP7 like most of my SWATS. His base shows the afghan battleground and is the standard size of bases in our FoA- Fields of Afganistan games.
I think he will do his job well and kill those ******' terrorists:-).

Ghillie Sniper ready

It overcame me last night ... :)
The desire for a Ghillie Sniper , I took my 1Euro modeling clay and molded with the fingers sausages, which I put together almost human-like then a Celtic head on top and a Foundry weapon in the hand, in the end some gauze bandage as camouflage: .... done!

Middle East Paper Models

I've been searching for free modern middle east paper models a long time and the only one I could find are those, from combat storm. Is there anyone out there, who knows other models ??
Those from Combat Storm look pretty and Im going to print them in a copy shop.
If my SWAT Team is painted, it will fight against terrorists at these models...
